How to use correctly

Great for use as an upper body mobiliser. Concentrate on body position… wax on, wax off…

  1. 1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, slightly bent.
  2. 2. Place your hands on the disks provided and work either arm in a clockwise then anticlockwise direction.



  1. 1. An upper body mobility exercise, great for rehabilitation or as a breathing exercise

  1. 1. As much focus must be placed on breathing as the actual exercise itself.  Not to be laughed at if used properly!!
