The TGO Treadmill is a cardiovascular piece designed to simulate walking or running on a treadmill. It is the perfect warm up and cool down exercise.

How to use correctly

At all times when using the Treadmill, make sure you are holding onto the handle bars provided.

  1. Get on the machine from the rear, holding onto the handle bars provided.
  2. Whilst holding onto the armrests and keeping an upright posture, allow your feet to walk and then jog on the rollers.


  1. Improves muscle stamina and endurance.
  2. Improves heart and lung function over a period of time.

Trainer's Tip

  1. Hold onto the rails at all times.
  2. Start slowly and maintain a smooth steady pace.
